1966年生，男，土家族，博士。现任贵州民族大学副校长、贵州民族大学学科带头人、贵州省服务咨询智库专家、贵州省通信学会理事。从事新能源材料、复合材料的研制与计算研究。1986年9月—1990年7月：贵州民族学院物理系学士学位，1990年9月—1993年7月：航天工业部510所硕士学位，2001年9月—2004年6月：复旦大学电子科学与技术专业博士学位。
