张华新，教授，博士生导师，博士后合作导师，广西大学学术带头人，广西高校引进海外高层次人才“****”入选者。本科毕业于兰州大学，于中山大学获博士学位。曾为香港理工大学的研究助理、德国洪堡****、日本学术振兴会（JSPS）外国人特别研究员。2013年加入广西大学。
