文衍宣(1971∽),男,广西灌阳县人,博士,教授,中国民主建国会会员。(1)1990-1994在哈尔滨工程大学化学工程专业学习,获工学学士学位;(2)1994-1999在四川大学化学工艺专业,获工学博士学位,主要从事磷化工和多相反应动力学的学习和研究;(3)1999.6-1999.12在广西大学化学化工学院工作;(4)1999.12-2002.4中国地质科学院矿产资源所地质学专业博士后中,在郑绵平院士的指导下从事锂离子资源高值化-锂离子电池材料研究;(5)2002.2-2004.4 华南理工大学材料科学与工程博士后流动站,在周震涛教授的指导下从事锂离子电池材料的物理与化学研究;(6) 2004.6- 广西大学化学化工学院。
