教授(2级),博士,博士生导师,八桂****。2008年入选中国科学院“****”。2015年入选吉林省第五批拔尖创新人才第一层次人选。主要从事半导体纳米晶量子点的发光性质及其发光器件(LED)的制备和物理基础研究工作:研究了本征和掺杂半导体量子点的发光性质,揭示其发光来源和热稳定性机制;研究纳米晶复合纳米结构的超快速过程;制备出高性能红绿蓝色和白光量子点LED,其性能指标接近或达到了当时世界上最好的实验结果。先后主持国家自然科学基金4项,其中3项已经结题,1项在研。目前承担吉林省委、省政府高教强省高教强省高端人才引进项目1项。近年来,在Nano Lett., Adv. Mater., Chem. Mater., ACS Appl. Mater. Interfaces., Phys. Rev. B, Appl. Phys. Lett. Nanoscale, J. Phys. Chem., J. Mater. Chem., Opt. Lett., J. Appl. Phys.等国际和国内杂志上发表了学术论文150余篇,总共被引用2600余次。其中2006年以第一作者在美国Nano Letters发表了CdSe量子点LED的文章,首次实现在热胶联的有机空穴传输材料上沉积厚度可控的量子点发光层,制备高性能的多层结构量子点LED,至今已经被引用350余次。
