胡卫国,中科院北京纳米能源与系统研究所研究员,博士生导师。2007年于中国科学院半导体研究所获博士学位。其后任日本三重大学(Mie Univ.)、神户大学(Kobe Univ.)、东北大学(Tohoku Univ.)博士后和助理教授。目前研究方向为半导体材料外延、压电(光)电子器件研制和模拟、以及新能源器件。迄今为止在Science advances、Advanced Materials、ACS Nan、Nano Energy等学术期刊发表论文50余篇,在IEDM等40多个学术会议上报告研究成果。2018年担任广西大学-中国科学院北京纳米能源与系统研究所纳米能源研究中心兼职教授。
