梁智群教授,1959年生。日本东京大学博士,日本味之素食品开发研究所和日本医学生物学研究所博士后。先后入选广西高校首批跨世纪人才、广西“十百千人才工程”培养对象、自治区级重点学科“生化工程”学科带头人和教育部高等学校骨干教师资助计划。长期从事食品微生物技术的研究,先后主持完成国家自然科学基金和省部级课题等近10项,获国家发明专利授权5项,国家级新产品1项。主要成就包括首次发现了美拉德反应调控的酶系统以及发明了L-天冬氨酸生产新工艺。先后在国内外发表论文40多篇。目前的研究领域主要是新型生物活性物质和材料的微
