石德顺, 国家****百千万工程领军人才,全国杰出专业技术人才,广西八桂****,中组部直接联系和掌握的高级专家。1991年在爱尔兰都柏林大学获博士学位,1995年破格晋升为研究员,现为亚热带农业生物资源保护与利用国家重点实验室广西大学分室副主任,博士生导师。主要从事动物生物技术的研究与开发工作,先后丰富和发展了牛卵母细胞体外成熟、体外受精和胚胎早期发生的理论;在国内条件下建立了一套高效的牛体外受精程序,先后繁殖了试管牛犊230余头,各项主要技术指标达到国际领先水平;研究成功了世界首例受精卵冷冻保存的试管牛、体细胞克隆水牛、慢病毒介导的转基因水牛、显微授精的转基因水牛和转基因克隆水牛,我国首例试管水牛和胚胎细胞克隆牛;在国际上首次获得了诱导的多能干细胞,初步完成了水牛基因组框架图。先后在国内外学术刊物、学术会议上发表论文400多篇,其中SCI收录论文80余篇。参编专著2部、教材3部,先后主持完成国家863计划、重大科技专项等项目近20项,获得省级自然科学一等奖1项,科技进步一、二、三等奖各1项,国家科技进步二等奖1项。成功获得的体细胞克隆水牛被美国人列为我国04~05年值得关注的17项科技成就与计划之一。2016年获得第六届中国侨界创新成果奖。
