陆凤花,女,1973年8月出生,博士,研究员,博士生导师。2004年毕业于广西大学获博士学位,2007年曾到美国佐治亚州医学院开展博士后研究工作,现为广西大学研究员、博士生导师。主要从事动物卵母细胞的体外成熟、体外受精、胚胎的体外培养以及动物克隆与转基因克隆等细胞工程与基因工程技术的研究工作。先后主持了国家“863”项目1项、国家自然科学基金项目2项、国家转基因重大专项子课题2 项,以及各类省部级课题8 项;并且作为主要参与人,参加了国家“863”重大项目5项以及1 项国家自然科学基金和多项区级课题的研究工作;先后丰富了水牛卵母细胞体外成熟、体细胞克隆和胚胎早期发生的理论,并取得了一批原创性的研究成果:在国内条件下建立了一套完整的体细胞克隆水牛的技术平台,获得世界首批体细胞克隆水牛,体细胞克隆水牛被列为我国近两年17项值得关注的科技成就与计划之一;并参与研制出世界首批转基因水牛,以及显微授精转基因兔,各项主要技术指标达到国内外领先水平。相关研究在中央电视台以《不一样的水牛》为题作了专题报导。发表学术论文80多篇(其中SCI检索26篇),作为副主编合作出版著作1部,授权国家专利3项,获得广西自然科学一等奖1项(排名第二)。入选“广西****”和“广西高校优秀人才”资助计划;荣获“第八届广西青年科技奖”、“广西大学十佳优秀研究生导师”和“广西大学优秀班主任”等荣誉称号。
