刘玉芝，女，博士，教授，博士研究生导师，兰州大学萃英****（2019年入选）。2000年获得南京信息工程大学（原南京气象学院）大气物理与大气探测方向学士学位，2003年获得南京信息工程大学（原南京气象学院）大气物理与大气探测方向硕士学位，2006年获得中国科学院大气物理研究所博士学位。其中，2003年10月至2004年10月，接受日本文部科学省奖学金，在日本千叶大学环境遥感研究中心（CEReS）进行合作交流。目前主要从事气候变化以及气溶胶、云特性及其相互作用研究。
