地质微生物是近些年国际上兴起的崭新地学交叉研究领域,其在探索早期生命起源演化、理解微生物活动影响的地球物质循环与环境演变等领域具有重要意义,蕴含着巨大科学发现及理论发展突破新机遇。环境矿物学重点关注地表矿物与环境相互作用,探讨环境变化规律及其矿物学标志,可为环境质量评价与环境治理提供矿物学信息,是一门新兴的、发展中的交叉学科。
