个人简历
1988年出生于山西省运城市,2011年本科毕业于兰州大学物理科学与技术学院;2016年于兰州大学物理科学与技术学院取得博士学位;此后在陕西师范大学刘生忠教授课题组做博士后;2018年进入兰州大学物理科学与技术学院工作。主要研究方向为低维半导体材料的制备及其功能化应用的研究。主持国家自然科学基金、中央高校基金等科研项目4项,参与项目4项。迄今发表SCI论文50余篇,作为第一作者,共同一作或通讯作者在Nat. Commun., Joule, Advanced Energy Materials, ACS Energy Letters, Advanced Science, Chem. Mater.,等高水平能源/材料期刊发表SCI论文27篇。其中IF> 10的论文13篇,1篇论文被评为2018中国最具影响百篇国际学术论文,2篇论文被评为全球ESI热点 (0.1%) 论文,11篇论文被评为全球ESI高被引 (1%) 论文。学习经历:2018.10-至今,兰州大学物理科学与技术学院,青年研究员。2016.07-2018.09,陕西师范大学,材料物理与化学博士后。2011.09-2016.06,兰州大学物理科学与技术学院,材料物理与化学博士。2007.09-2011.06,兰州大学物理科学与技术学院,材料化学学士。
研究方向
研究方向 (测重于基础研究):1.量子点材料的制备及其光电器件应用2.低维材料的制备及其光电器件应用团队拥有从低维材料合成、光电器件制备、到器件性能测试的整套设备,科研条件优越,测重于基础研究。
教学及学生指导情况
指导研究生情况:加入新型光电转换材料与器件研究团队,目前教授一名,副教授一名,青年研究员一名,外聘研究员一名,团队每年共招收微电子与固体电子学方向研究生2-4人,材料科学与工程方向研究生1-2人,材料工程1-3人。目前指导在读博士生1人,在读研究生14人。
