范虹霞，博士，教授，兰州交通大学数理学院数学系硕士研究生指导教师，2013年6月毕业于西北师范大学，获理学博士学位；目前主要从事非线性发展方程方面的研究工作，在《J. Math. Anal. Appl.》、《Comp. Math. Appl.》、《Eltron. J. Diff. Equ.》、《Nonlinear Anal》、《数学物理学报》等国内外重要学术期刊上发表学术论文20余篇。
