王维忠，博士，教授，硕士生导师。兰州交通大学数理学院数学系硕士研究生指导教师，美国数学会《数学评论》（Mathematical Reviews）评论员。2013年毕业于兰州大学，获理学博士学位。目前主要从事代数图论方面的研究工作，在《Linear Algebra and its Applications》、《Discrete Applied Mathematics》、《Ars Combinatoria》、《Bulletin of the Malaysian Mathematical Sciences Society》、《Mathematica Applicata》等国内外重要学术期刊上发表论文20余篇。
