基本信息
高杨，男，甘肃张掖人，博士。2005年毕业于西北师范大学，获得学士学位；2008年毕业于西北师范大学，获硕士学位；2015年毕业于兰州大学，获博士学位。现为兰州交通大学交通运输学院教师。以第一作者发表SCI论文4篇。
