简历： 常学向，男，博士，研究员，硕士生导师。1991年7月毕业于西北林学院水土保持系水土保持专业，获学士学位；2006年10月毕业于在中国科学院寒区旱区环境与工程研究所，获得自然地理专业博士学位。1991年7月～2001年9月，在祁连山水源林涵养林研究所，从事森林生态、生态水文与生物多样性研究；2004年6月至今，在中国科学院寒区旱区环境与工程研究所主要从事生态水文研究。先后主持（或主要参加）《祁连山水源涵养林生态定位研究（前林业部，1991～1995）》、《祁连山水源涵养林水源涵养机理研究（国家林业局，1996～2000）》、《中国温带地区森林可持续经营试验示范与推广（UNDP，1995～1997）》、中国科学院知识创新项目《内陆河（黑河）水-土-气-生观测与综合研究（KZCX3-SW-329项目）》、中科院西部行动计划《黑河水-生态-经济综合管理试验示范 (KZCX1-09-02项目)》及科技部国家重点基础研究发展计划（973计划）、国家自然科学基金等10余项，发表论文40余篇（其中SCI/EI收录刊论文17篇），先后获取省部级科技进步二等奖2项、三等奖1项。
