简  历:
秦波,男,研究员(三级),硕士、博士生导师。中国科学院兰州化学物理研究所“优秀人才计划”入选者、中国科学院“西部之光”联合****、中国植物保护学会委员、中国植物保护学会植物化感作用专业委员会副主任委员。1999年毕业于中国科学院兰州化学物理研究所,获理学博士学位。1999年至2006年先后在中国科学院上海药物研究所、英国John Innes Centre和美国Colorado State University从事天然产物化学及其生源代谢与植物化学生态学领域的博士后研究工作。2006-2008年在中药复方新药开发国家工程研究中心/北京中研同仁堂医药研发有限公司工作,任制剂研究室主任,2008年9月起在中国科学院西北特色植物资源化学重点实验室工作。
主要从事植物、微生物活性代谢物及植物化学生态学研究工作。
在Phytochemistry, Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry, Plant Physiology and Biochemistry, Systematic and Applied Microbiology, Industrial Crops and Products等学术刊物上,已发表学术论文100余篇,在化感物质植物毒活性研究方面发表的学术论文数量位于国际首位,在草地植物微生物研究方面发表的学术论文数量位于国际前列。获得科技成果1项,申报发明专利13件,授权7件,培养硕、博士研究生11余名,合作培养研究生7名。
近年来系统开展了植物化学生态学与微生态系统研究工作,采用土壤原位分析方法,明确了瑞香狼毒、珠芽蓼、喜马拉雅大戟等西部草地优势植物及黄芪、党参、当归、甘草、百合、半夏、木香等西北主要栽培中药材与马铃薯、烟草等其它经济作物化感物质的化学结构、构效关系、分泌途径及活性作用机理,揭示了草地毒性植物在局部草原地带大肆蔓延的分子机制;通过自毒化感物质研究,明晰了栽培作物连作障碍的化学成因;探究了化感物质介导的植物生态竞争与环境适应性次生代谢物及其分子调控机制。针对农业废弃物的资源化利用,开展了黄芪、烟草等栽培作物地上部位废弃植物资源化学成分研究,发现了新结构天然产物和新的活性化合物;设计合成了系列化感物质结构类似物,在明确活性物质及作用机理基础上,成功研制了新型环境友好型植物源杀线虫剂-卡诺杀线灵,并向企业完成了技术成果转让;突破了天然活性化合物化学合成与生物工程制备技术及再生植株培育技术体系,为植物源活性物质的可持续开发利用和脱毒种苗培育奠定了技术基础。在明晰植物根际及体内微生物群落结构的时空动态变化规律的基础上,构建了微生物的系统发育图谱,明确了微生物的生态功能,构建了库容量达3000种的植物基可培养微生物资源库;基于化感物质降解、植物营养元素有效利用及农业生态环境改良与农作物病虫害防治,研制出针对不同作物种类的专用复合微生物菌剂及其有机、无机制剂,完成了百吨级复合微生物菌剂的工业化生产,明确了复合微生物菌剂的生产工艺参数,制定了质量控制标准,开展了复合微生物菌剂的应用示范,并推广应用上万亩。
