目前是硕士研究生导师、全国摩擦学会磨损与表面技术委员会委员和《表面技术》期刊编委会委员。先后获得中科院科技进步二等奖、甘肃省科技进步一等奖、国家技术发明二等奖、甘肃省技术发明一等奖、“甘肃省优秀女科技工作者”称号、获全国首届新世纪“巾帼优秀发明者”称号、中科院“西部之光”优秀****称号和甘肃省“优秀专家”称号。带领的课题组被授予甘肃省“青年文明号”,培养了多名磨损与表面工程领域的科研骨干。已发表论文200余篇,授权国家发明专利近20件。
