副教授

中山大学****引进人才。2021年2月加入中山大学电子与信息工程学院,曾在瑞士苏黎世联邦理工学院ETH的量子电子学所开展博士后研究,博士毕业于光电集成领域的世界顶尖研究团队-比利时根特大学和欧洲微电子研究中心IMEC的光电组。目前主要从事光电集成芯片、半导体激光器芯片和中红外光电子方面的研究。已在国际期刊和学术会议发表论文近50篇,其中第一作者在Optica、Applied Physics Letters、Photonics Research、Optics Express和Optics Letters等国际期刊发表论文13篇,包括特邀论文2篇。在国际会议做口头报告12次,并应邀在领域内的顶级会议CLEO和Photonics West等重要会议做特邀报告3次。同时受邀为Elsevier出版的著作《Mid-infrared Optoelectronics》撰写章节。已获得授权中国发明专利2项,申请英国发明专利1项。
