主要从事电子信息与生物医学的交叉研究，致力于生物传感检测技术及相关系统开发的研究，具有扎实的电子信息和生物医学融合的学术背景。博士期间研究围绕工程技术（电子信息）领域，致力于基于电化学传感方法的微型化生物检测系统的研制；博士后期间围绕生物工程领域，致力于构建新型光学高通量测量平台与算法进行设计高性能基因编码钙离子探针。总共发表论文36篇，以第一作者发表SCI论文9篇（总IF 69.5），其中中科院分区一区6篇，影响因子10以上4篇；单篇论文最高SCI被引208次（ESI高被引）。发明专利授权13项；撰写中英文专著3部；参加国际会议做口头报告2次；获美国生物医学工程年会论文竞赛二等奖，浙江省/浙江大学优博论文提名，浙江大学竺可桢奖等奖励。
