【研究方向】
结合生物信息学和微生物学揭示微生物驱动的氮循环。
1.利用生物信息技术揭示特殊生态位中微生物的群落组成、微生物驱动的氮循环机制以及氮循环与其它元素循环的耦合机制。
2.利用微生物培养组学富集培养新型氨氧化菌，包括氨氧化细菌（AOB）、氨氧化古菌（AOA）、完全氨氧化菌（Comammox）和厌氧氨氧化菌（Anammox）,深入揭示其代谢和环境适应机制及生态效应。
3.利用合成微生物生态学研究新型氨氧化菌与相关微生物的耦合机制，揭示其生态功能并挖掘其在环境治理和生态修复方面的应用潜力。
