个人简介:
“****”特聘教授,中山大学副校长兼中山医学院院长。1986年毕业于中山医科大学临床医学专业毕业,获医学学士学位。1986-1991年就读中山医科大学与中国预防医学科学院北京病毒学研究所(CAPM-BIV)病毒基因工程国家重点实验室联合培养研究生,获医学博士学位。1991-1993年任CAPM-BIV病毒基因工程国家重点实验室助理研究员。1993年前往美国匹兹堡癌症研究所接受博士后训练,并于1997年在该所担任研究助理教授(ResearchAssistantProfessor,非独立职位)。2000年起受聘于匹兹堡大学医学院病理系,任助理教授(AssistantProfessor,独立职位),一直在美国从事医学分子病毒学、分子肿瘤学和细胞生物学的教学与科研,研究领域主要为病毒致病与致癌、以及肿瘤发生发展的分子机制,并讲授医学生“MolecularPathogenesisofInfectiousDiseases”和博士生“Angiogenesis:PhysiologyandPathologicalSignificance”课程。2005年受聘为“****”特聘教授,全职归国到中山医学院工作。黎孟枫教授近年在中山大学主要致力于阐明肿瘤发生与病毒感染、炎症过程的关系,以及相关的信号控制机理,主要学术重点是NF-κB信号通路所涉及的新调控分子及其工作机制,以及由此产生的生物学效应和在肿瘤、病毒性疾病上的临床意义,最近发现了NF-κB的激活与多种病毒感染相关基因之间的相互作用,以及miRNA对NF-κB激活的表观遗传学调控作用,深入研究了这些相互作用的生物学意义。作为上述调控网络的理论意义的延伸,还研究了NF-κB调控分子在病毒感染和肿瘤恶化中的临床意义,并在此基础上寻找病毒感染和恶性肿瘤诊断、预后判定新分子标志物及治疗新靶点。上述研究的部分结果最近发表在CancerResearch.,Oncogene,JournalofPathology,AmericanJournalofPathology,ClinicalCancerResearch等期刊上。
