主要着重于抗肿瘤及抗病毒药物的开发及药理研究工作。是以创新药物先导结构的发现与优化为目标,开展相应的化学和生物学基础及应用基础研究。具体研究领域涉及:1. 化合物库构建及筛选;2. 基于结构的计算机辅助药物设计、合成;3. 活性评价及药理研究等。
