研究方向


植物开花控制1.兰科是植物界最大、进化程度最高的科,含有1200多个种。石斛属是其中最大的属。春石斛是石斛属的一大类植物,其代表有用作杂交母本的金钗石斛和药用的铁皮石斛。春石斛的开花受到温度的影响;冬季低温刺激有助于春石斛在春季开花;较高的温度则抑制其开花。光照长度也有可能影响其开花的早晚。我们主要聚焦于温度(包括低温、暖温和高温),以金钗石斛为模型,研究相关的基因调控春石斛兰开花、繁殖以及生长发育的分子网络和调控机制。2.在基因转录后水平调控基因功能是植物调节生长发育的机制之一,我们着眼于mRNA 3’多聚腺苷酸化及其介导的mRNA的周转,探索转录后水平调控植物开花的机制。
