南方科技大学社会科学高等研究院特聘研究员
同济大学****，同济大学艺术史与艺术哲学研究所所长，瑞士联邦理工学院访问教授，贵州民族大学客座教授，西南大学兼职教授，教育部普通高校艺术学理论教学指导委员会委员。研究兴趣包括艺术哲学、建筑与城市美学、艺术与文化批评。代表性著作有国家十五规划重点教材《艺术美学》（高等教育出版社，2007）和《当代西方建筑美学新潮》（同济大学出版社，2012）等。在南科大将开设两门课程“艺术鉴赏”和“城市研究”。
WAN Shuyuan, Professor
Distinguished Research Fellow at the Center for Social Sciences, SUSTech
Prof. Wan is currently a Distinguished Professor at Tongji University and the head of the Institute for the History and Philosophy of Arts at Tongji University. He has been a visiting professor at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich, a guest professor at Guizhou Minzu University, a part-time professor at Southwestern University, and a member of the Ministry of Education’s Steering Committee for Art Theory Instruction in Higher Education. His research interests include art philosophy, urban/architectural aesthetics, as well as art and cultural criticism. His major works include Philosophy of Art (Higher Education Press, 2007) and New Aesthetic Trends in Contemporary Western Architecture (Tongji University Press, 2012). Professor Wan will teach two courses at SUSTech: Art Appreciation and Urban Studies.
