助理教授。武汉大学博士,国家特支计划青年人才,广东省珠江青年****,中国环境科学协会青年科学家奖获得者。曾在美国南佛罗里达大学海洋学院从事博士后工作,并担任美国国家海洋和大气管理局(NOAA)水环境顾问。主要研究方向为气候变化和人类活动影响下的海岸带与内陆水环境遥感研究。主持国家级科研项目5项,省部级及其它项目>10项。发表SCI论文70多篇,其中一半以上刊登在Nature,Remote Sensing of Environment, Journal of Geophysical Research, Environmental Science & Technology 等期刊,Google Scholar引用>2700次(H-index:28),单篇最高>350次,并入选ESI高引论文。研究工作被中央电视台、美国NASA、国际海洋水色协调工作组(IOCCG)等报道,也在国内相关部门(环保部卫星应用中心、中国资源卫星应用中心、江西省地理信息中心等)得到成功应用。

一、南科大及环境学院简介
南方科技大学(www.sustech.edu.cn,以下简称“南科大”)创建于2011年,地处中国广东省深圳市,是一所公办创新型大学,目标是迅速建成国际化高水平研究型大学,建成中国重大科学技术研究与拔尖创新人才培养的重要基地。
南科大环境科学与工程学院(ese.sustech.edu.cn)成立于2015年5月。目前,现有全职教师70人,其中中国科学院院士1人、美国国家工程院院士1人、欧洲科学院院士1人、美国地球物理联合会(AGU)会士1人、国家“****”4人、享受国务院特殊津贴专家4人、国家“优青”3人,以及其他多位国家级人才。南科大环境科学与工程学院欢迎优秀的青年科研工作者加入,并为其提供优越的个人待遇和工作条件。在南科大一流的科研平台上,入职者将有更多、更好的机会为解决中国和世界环境中的重要科学及工程问题做出贡献。
二、招聘方向
卫星遥感应用:水色遥感定量反演算法设计、大气校正算法研究、水色遥感产品生产。
三、基本要求
1、热衷科学研究、恪守学术道德准则,有强烈的责任心,能够相对独立地思考、解决科学问题;
2、近三年获得遥感、地理信息科学等相关专业的博士学位,年龄在35周岁以下,全职从事博士后研究工作;
3、以第一作者在SCI上发表(或已接收)至少2篇论文,发表过高质量论文者优先考虑;
4、具有较强的编程能力;
5、具有较好的外语水平,能独立撰写英文研究论文。
四、岗位职责
1、与课题组负责人共同制定研究计划,相对独立地开展研究并发表高质量学术论文;
2、协助课题组经费申请,积极申请博士后科学基金、国家自然科学基金委青年项目及其他国家、省、市级课题;
3、协助课题组负责人,指导学生;协助实验室日常管理工作。
五、薪资待遇
1、博士后聘用期两年,基本年薪33万元起,含广东省生活补助15万元(税前)及深圳市生活补助6万元(税后),并按深圳市有关规定参加社会保险及住房公积金;课题组另根据科研成果给予一定绩效奖励。
2、特别优秀候选人可以申请校长卓越博士后,年薪可达50万元以上。(含广东省及深圳市补助)。
3、在站期间,可依托学校申请深圳市公租房,未依托学校使用深圳市公租房的博士后,可享受两年税前2800元/月的住房补贴。
4、拥有优良的工作环境和境内外合作交流机会,博士后在站期间享受两年共计2.5万学术交流经费资助。
5、课题组协助符合条件的博士后申请“广东省海外青年博士后引进项目”。即在世界排名前200名的高校(不含境内,排名以上一年度泰晤士、USNEWS、QS和上海交通大学的世界大学排行榜为准)获得博士学位,在广东省博士后设站单位从事博士后研究,并承诺在站2年以上的博士后,申请成功后省财政给予每名进站博士后资助60万元生活补贴(与广东省每年15万生活补助不同时享受,与深圳市每年6万元生活补助同时享受情况以深圳市规定为准);对获得本项目资助,出站后与广东省用人单位签订工作协议或劳动合同,并承诺连续在粤工作3年以上的博士后,省财政给予每人40万元住房补贴。
6、博士后出站选择留深从事科研工作,且与本市企事业单位签订3年以上劳动(聘用)合同的,可以申请深圳市博士后留深来深科研资助。深圳市政府给予每人每年10万元科研资助,共资助3年(以深圳市最新申报要求为准)。
7、对于符合最新《深圳市新引进人才租房和生活补贴》相关政策要求的博士后,落户深圳后,可协助申请深圳市一次性租房和生活补贴3万元(免税,自主网上申请)。
8、依据自身符合的条件情况,在站或出站留深博士后可申请 "深圳市孔雀计划C类人才"或者"深圳市后备级人才",享受5年160万的奖励津贴(免税)(以深圳市最新相关人才申报要求为准)。
