管理科学与工程专业硕士研究生培养方案

一、学科简介
管理科学与工程是管理学科门类中的一个一级学科，是为了实现管理目标,应用工程技术科学、数学、系统科学及社会科学知识,对人员、物资、设备、技术、能源和信息等组成的各种系统进行设计、评价、决策、改进、实施和控制的一门学科。它涵盖了工业工程、系统工程、管理科学、管理工程、工程管理和信息管理与信息系统等分支学科,是自然科学与社会科学交叉融合的跨学科、综合性学科。该学科综合应用定性分析和定量研究,从宏观研究逐步深入到微观研究，利用现代化手段和技术,解决管理中的科学决策及风险研究、管理实践中的理论和方法研究、管理的绩效研究、管理的战略研究等。与其他管理学科相比,管理科学与工程更注重管理学(门类) 的基础研究方法、方法论(及分析的哲学) 与研究工具的研究。
