彭广敦,男,研究员,博士生导师,1980年生
简历:
2009年毕业于中国科学院上海生物化学与细胞生物学研究所,获得博士学位;在美国加州大学洛杉矶分校从事博士后研究;回国后在中国科学院上海生物化学与细胞生物学先后担任助理研究员、副研究员。2018年9月入职中国科学院广州生物医药与健康研究院,担任研究员、课题组长、博士生导师。

研究领域:
主要研究多能干细胞的时空动态分子图谱以及转化应用
一:高通量自动化单细胞测序技术解析体内干细胞的功能分群与异质性,重绘干细胞的发育起源与命运特化机制;
二:原位空间转录组技术解析空间功能特异的干细胞转录组特征,构建哺乳动物多能干细胞高分辨率的时空动态分子谱系;
三:新型组织干细胞用于体外器官重建与功能修复
