湖南衡阳人,特任研究员。2009年本科毕业于中国地质大学(北京),2014年博士毕业于中国科学院地质与地球物理研究所/中国科学院广州地球化学研究所。曾先后在美国科罗拉多大学(2013.09-2014.02),美国伊利诺伊大学香槟分校(2015.08-2016.09),俄罗斯科学院地球物理研究所(2017.06, 2018.08),美国佐治亚理工学院进行访问交流(2018.10-2019.11)。2014年7月在广州地化所工作至今,2018年1月起任特任研究员。2019年第一作者/通讯作者PEPI文章入选该期刊Most cited articlessince 2018。现任Pure and Applied Geophysics(PAGEOPH)期刊Editor (2020.12-2023.12),Earthquake Science期刊Editorial Board(2021.01-2023.12)。社会任职:
研究方向:
构造地质与地球物理学主要研究地球演化在地壳和岩石圈尺度的结构及变形:1)大尺度的岩石圈结构及其指示的地质过程;2)小尺度的地壳结构及其与断裂带、成矿带的关系。
发展使用多参数联合反演算法来解决地球物理的多解性问题(联合反演速度结构,密度结构等),同时特别注重多参数的联合解释以及与实际地质问题的结合。在古地幔柱的地球物理响应,青藏高原东北缘变形机制,华南岩石圈性质等方面有一系列创新型成果。共发表SCI论文30余篇,其中第一作者或通讯作者SCI论文十余篇(包括Earth-Science Reviews , Earth and Planetary Science Letters, Geophysical Research Letter, Journal of Geophysical Research; Tectonics, Lithos, Geophysical Journal International, Tectonophysics等),引用900余次(google学术)。
