马琳,博士,教授,硕士生导师,广东省珠江人才计划青年拔尖人才,广东工业大学青年****入选者。2010-2014年,在新加坡南洋理工大学攻读博士,由Gagik G. Gurzadyan教授和Handong Sun教授共同指导,主要研究课题为有机半导体的单线态分裂现象。2014-2016年,在美国西北大学化学学院做博士后研究员,期间主要研究方向为新型光电转换材料的超快动力学过程,研究的材料体系为有机无机杂化钙钛矿以及具有单线态分裂现象的有机分子等新型太阳能电池材料,合作导师为Michael R. Wasielewski教授。目前主要研究方向为新型光电转换材料的超快动力学机理及光学特性研究,在JACS, J Mater Chem A, Chem Mater, Nat Chem等国际期刊共发表论文40余篇,累计影响因子>300,论文总引用2700余次, H因子24(Google Scholar)。 目前主持国家自然科学基金2项,广州市科技创新发展专项1项,青年百人科研启动经费1项,2018年获广东省珠江人才计划(青年拔尖)人才项目资助。
