主要简介
王艳，女，会计学博士、管理学博士后。广东外语外贸大学云山杰出****。教授，高级会计师，中国注册会计师CPA。硕士生导师。博士后合作导师。主持纵向课题10余项，其中国家社科基金项目1项，在CSSCI期刊、SSCI和EI等中英文期刊发表论文20余篇，其中在中国管理学顶级期刊《管理世界》发表论文3篇、经济学权威期刊《会计研究》发表论文3篇。获广东省第八届哲学社会科学优秀成果奖二等奖1项（2019年）、广东省第七届哲学社会科学优秀成果奖三等奖1项（2017年）。2019年入选财政部国际化高端会计人才培养工程（全国高校仅10名教授入选）。在中国企业界与资本市场有12年工作经历，任财务部负责人等职。
研究方向：资本市场会计、审计、税务与公司治理

Wang Yan (Professor)

Personal
Information
Wang Yan, female, holds a doctorate in accounting and a post-doctorate in management. She is the professor, master supervisor, post-doctoral cooperation supervisor, senior accountant, Certificated Public Accountant of China (CICPA), and Yunshan outstanding scholar of GDUFS. She has presided over more than 10 granted research projects, including one National Social Science Funding project, and published more than 20 papers in CSSCI ,SSCI and EI Compendex journals, including 3 articles in China's top management journal 《Management World》 and 3 articles in authoritative economic journal 《Accounting Research (Chinese Journal)》. She has won “second prize of the eighth Philosophy and Social Sciences Achievement Award of Guangdong Province (2019)” and “third prize of the seventh Philosophy and Social Sciences Achievement Award of Guangdong Province (2017)”. In 2019, she was selected into the Ministry of Finance's “International High-Level Accounting Talents” training project in China (only 10 professors from universities nationwide were selected). She had 12 years of working experience in China's corporates and capital market, serving as the head of the finance department.
Research direction: capital market accounting, auditing, taxation and corporate governance
