1993年毕业于西南科技大学,获机械制造专业工学学士学位。2001年在兰州大学物理科学与技术学院攻读硕士学位。2004年在中科院半导体所攻读博士学位(与兰州大学联合培养)。2006年博士毕业,获材料物理专业工学博士学位。同年在厦门大学从事微机电(MEMS)方向博士后研究,2008年出站并留校任教。2013年在挪威科技大学和Vestfold大学微系统研究中心做访问****。2019年获厦门市“双百计划”领军创业人才称号,“厦门大学科创梦工场”特聘专家,厦大电科学院(国家示范微电子学院)双聘教授。主要在微纳传感器、微能源器件、微机电系统领域开展研究,并承担国家自然科学基金面上项目、广东省自然科学基金重点项目、装备预研领域基金、装备预研航天基金、国防核动力创新项目、福建省产研重大项目等。截至目前已发表文章近百篇,实现5项专利转化,培养博士和硕士近30人。
招生专业:1.微电子学与固体电子学;2.能源化工;3.测试计量技术及仪器。
