郑文礼，男，现为厦门大学管理学院企业管理系教授、厦门大学出版社社长、厦门大学电子出版社社长。1984年7月厦门大学计算机科学系控制理论专业毕业，1987年厦门大学计算机与系统科学系运筹学与控制论专业（现为系统工程专业）硕士研究生毕业，毕业后分别在厦门大学经济学院和管理学院从事教学和科研工作，期间曾在英国纽卡斯尔大学（Newcastle University）短期进修，并于1996年晋升为副教授，2003年晋升为教授，2004年-2007年曾任厦门大学管理学院企业管理系副主任，2006年12月-2018年12月曾任厦门大学继续教育学院院长，2014年6月—2018年12月曾兼任厦门大学继续教育管理委员会副主任兼办公室主任，2013年11月—2018年12月曾兼任厦门大学职工夜校常务副校长，2017年12月至今担任厦门大学出版社社长和厦门大学电子出版社社长，2018年12月—2020年12月曾任厦门大学出版社党总支书记。2003年初至2005年初，受学校委派，到西藏民族大学管理学院援教并任分管教学科研与学科建设的副院长，并于2011年12月获教育部表彰的“对口支援西部高校工作10周年突出贡献个人”称号，2020年12月获现代远程教育试点20周年“试点工作突出贡献奖”。在长期从事人力资源管理、投资管理和信息管理等领域的教学和研究实践中，取得了一些教学与科研成果：主持的网络教育《管理信息系统》课程于2013年获教育部国家级精品共享课（网络教育）立项，主持或参与教育部《普通高校继续教育管理体制与运行机制研究》等纵向和横向课题研究多项；独立编著出版《管理信息系统》和《吹却泡沫始见金（网络与商机）》，主编《管理信息系统原理与应用》，参编《人力资源招聘系统》和《经济学百科辞典》；发表论文数十篇。在实践上，曾为政府有关部门和多家企业提供管理咨询或培训服务。现还兼任中国大学出版社协会理事、福建省出版协会副会长、福建省远程教育学会副会长、福建省版权协会理事。



Zheng Wenli ,professor of the Department of Business Management of the School of Management , Xiamen University, has been the president as well as the general secretary of the Party branch of the Xiamen University Press since 2018.And he is also the president of the Xiamen University Electronic Press.
Prior to his postgraduate study, Zheng Wenli majored in Cybernetics at the Department of Computer Science of the Xiamen University as an undergraduate student. Having obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in 1984, Zheng continued to pursue his Master＇s Degree at the same university in the field of Operational Research and Cybernetics (currently System Engineering) till 1987. After graduation, he commenced his academic life by engaging in teaching and research works in both the School of Economics and the School of Management of the Xiamen University. During this period, Zheng participatedinashort-termeducational project at Newcastle University as a visiting scholar. In 1996, he was elected to the position of associate professor and became a professor 7 years later. From 2004 to 2007, Prof. Zheng had been the deputy dean of the Department of Business Management of the School of Management of the Xiamen University. He started to serve as the president of the College of Continuing Education of the Xiamen University in December 2006 and had remained in this position till 2018. Meanwhile, Prof. Zheng was appointed as the deputy director and the office manager of the Continuing Education Management Committee of the Xiamen University(2014-2018), as well as the executive deputy president of the Evening School for Staff and Workers of the Xiamen University.
From 2003 to 2005, under the appointment of the Xiamen University, Prof. Zheng had participated in a volunteer teaching program as the deputy president of the Management School of the Xizang Minzu University, in charging of teaching, scientific research and discipline construction . And he was awarded an honor as an outstanding individual by the Ministry of Education for his contribution to the volunteer teaching program for the universities in West China in December ,2011 at the 10^th anniversary.
His efforts on teaching and research activities in the area of human resource management, investment management and information management have also been proven fruitful by a number of achievements.
In 2013, his online course “Management Information System” was listed among National Quality Sharing Courses, a project initiated by the Ministry of Education (online-teaching mode). Additionally, he had supervised the project of “research on the management system and operation mechanism of continuing education of colleges and universities” ,which was approved by the Ministry of Education, and he was the principle investigator or participant of other vertical or horizontal research projects as well.
Prof. Zheng’s works include Management Information System, Remove the Foam to See the Gold: Network and Business Opportunities, both of which are products of his individual work. Aside from these, he was also the chief editor of the book Management Information System Principles and Applications, and the coeditor of Human Resources Recruitment System and Encyclopedia of Economics. Moreover, Prof. Zheng has also published a considerable number of academic papers.
To put theories in practice, Prof. Zheng has provided management consultancy and training for several government departments and companies. He also serves as the deputy president of Fujian Distance Education Association, as well as the director of University Presses Institution, deputy president of the Fujian Publishing Institution, and director of the Fujian Copyright Institution.
