李山石,昆士兰大学商学院管理学博士,厦门大学管理学院旅游与酒店管理系副教授,福建省高层次引进人才(B类),博/硕士生导师。
2017年从昆士兰大学获得管理学博士学位,并荣获澳大利亚昆士兰大学商学院最佳博士论文奖。近年来致力于神经心理学在旅游研究中的探索与应用,如基于眼球追踪,皮肤电,呼吸频率和面部肌电扫描技术等方法研究游客的体验和行为。在此领域发表高水平国际SSCI期刊论文、英文著作(章节)、国际会议论文三十余部,其中部分论文以第一或通讯作者身份刊登于旅游与酒店管理领域国际顶级期刊Annals of Tourism Research,Journal of Travel Research,Tourism Management, International Journal of Hospitality Management等,部分成果转换为内参专报获得省级政府决策部门的采纳和认可,并获得国内主流媒体报道。目前为二十余部国内外知名期刊担任匿名审稿人。2018-2021年担任Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Research(SSCI)期刊的客座编辑,负责编辑和出版特刊“神经心理学方法在旅游与酒店的应用”。近年来多次被国际顶级会议和国内实验方法会议邀请,作为大会主旨演讲嘉宾介绍旅游生理数据研究和未来趋势。 曾作为首席申请人成功两次获得昆士兰大学重点设备与仪器基金(2015/2016),合计120万元人民币,创建并任职于昆士兰大学消费者情感、眼球追踪与虚拟现实实验室;曾任职于格里菲斯大学旅游研究院(Griffith Institute for Tourism,2015-2017年),负责游客情感与眼动实验的培训和管理。

主持国家自然科学基金面上项目一项“生理心理学视角下游客情感体验: 测度优化、影响机制和调控策略(2023年-2026年)”,青年项目一项“基于生理大数据的游客情感体验动态变化及影响机制研究(已结题)”,中央高校基金项目一项(已结题),教育部产学研协同育人项目一项“数字旅游VR实训基地项目”,并参与多项国家自科面上项目、社科重大项目和省级教改项目。目前担任Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Research(SSCI)和Journal of Vacation Marketing(SSCI)的编委。

研究兴趣/方法:消费者心理学、旅游与酒店消费行为、游客生理数据、数字旅游、目的地/酒店营销。研究方法主要涉及实验法(experimental design)、生理心理学方法(physiological measures)、混合方法(mixed method)。
