主要研究方向
1、分子数量遗传
主要研究借助分子标记定位数量性状基因座(QTL)的统计分析方法,先后提出了联合定位、基于最小二乘的多性状定位复合区间定位、动态定位、三倍体胚乳性状QTL定位、印记QTL定位等方法。近年来,与生物信息学手段相结合,对利用高通量测序技术进行QTL定位分析的统计分析方法进行了研究,发展出了通过测序进行混合分离分析的QTL定位方法。目前,利用高通量测序进行数量性状基因定位已成为数量遗传学研究的热点和重要发展方向。
2、水稻遗传
采用基因(QTL)定位、图位克隆和功能分析的手段,研究水稻重要性状的遗传基础。利用一系列突变体,对水稻花器官发育的分子遗传机理开展了系统深入的研究,克隆了多个花器官发育关键基因。对水稻生育期、包穗、抗逆性、抗病性等也开展了分子遗传研究,克隆了包穗基因、耐盐基因、抗细条病基因等。这些研究对水稻育种具有潜在的应用价值。
