基本信息:李玲,女,汉族,重庆万州人,中共党员。获得加拿大多伦多大学安大略教育学院(OISE/University of Toronto)(Ph.D.)博士学位。教授、博士生导师(主页:http://jyxb.swu.edu.cn/s/jyxb/jiaoshou/**/973256.html)。国家高等学校学科创新基地(西部儿童与青少年发展阻断贫困代际传递的大数据决策系统学科创新引智基地)负责人;重庆市首批新型重点智库——西南大学教育政策研究所所长(中国核心智库索引CTTI;教育政策研究所主页:cep.swu.edu.cn;微信公众号:西南大学教育政策研究所);重庆市哲学社会科学协同创新团队——教育与公共政策协同创新团队负责人。

2.负责平台及个人的主要科研成果
负责的国家学科创新基地“西部儿童与青少年发展阻断贫困代际传递的大数据决策系统”和重庆市首届新型重点智库——西南大学教育政策研究所(中国核心智库索引CTTI)团队,以国家重大问题为导向,扎根田野,建立追踪数据厍,用跨学科的方法,为解决教育中的问题提供学理依据。以优秀成绩完成教育部重大攻关项目,社科基金重大项目,以及海内外重大项目多项。作为首席专家,主持2018年国家社会科学基金“教育阻断贫困代际传递的政策设计与评估研究”。在国内外发表学术论文100余篇。其中,《中国社会科学》1篇,《教育研究》7篇;SSCI、SCI论文17篇;论文总引6百余次。8篇论文被《新华文摘》转载,其中全文转载4篇,栏目转载4篇; 8篇论文被《人大复印资料》全文转载。在人民出版社、高等教育出版社出版中文著作6部,在国际著名学术出版社Springer、Routledge、VDM Verlag出版英文著作4部,为国内外****探究中国特色的城乡教育体制改革、教育反贫困提供学理参考。
建立多个大型追踪数据库,其中“义务教育学生成绩以及影响因素追踪数据库”变量是依据国际标准,测试学生的数学、语文、科学、艺术、计算机信息素养成绩,以及学生个人身心健康、社会与情感情绪、认知与非认知能力、脑与神经机制、家庭、班级、学校、社区等背景变量,并开展教育干预实验。另一个追踪数据库“幼儿发展及影响因素追踪数据库”旨在探究:民族地区幼儿双语学习、卫生健康行为、社会与情感情绪、认知与非认知能力的神经与脑机制发展与教育干预实验。

RESERCH
Ling Li is currently the director of National Discipline Innovation Base for Universities (Big Data Decision-making System for Anti-Poverty among Inter-generations by Children and Adolescents Development in Western China) and the director of New-type Key Thinktank in Chongqing (Center for Education Policy).
One of longitudinal database concludes: grade 8 students’academic achievement in math, reading, science, arts, and information technology, health, emotion, cognitive and non-cognitive ability, brain and neurodevelopment, family, class, school, and community as background variables.
Another longitudinal database concludes: neurobrain mechanism and education intervention in second language learning, nutrition behavior, cognitive and non-cognitive ability of early-children in the western region of China.
POSTDOCTORAL POSITIONS
