王金良（1981-），山东东营人，发展与教育心理学博士，美国密歇根大学公共卫生学院访问学者，现为西南大学心理学部特聘教授，硕士研究生导师，美国密歇根大学Flint Adolescent Study项目研究人员。担任心理科学、心理发展与教育、Asian Journal of Social Psychology (SSCI)、 Personnel Review (SSCI), Youth & Society (SSCI), New Media & Society (SSCI) , Psychiatry Research (SSCI),Journal of Affective Disorder (SSCI), Asian Journal of Communication (SSCI)等国内外权威期刊杂志审稿人，并担任Youth & Society（SSCI,JCR一区）、International Journal of Psychology & Behavior Analysis杂志编委，担任国际心理学杂志Journal of Communication Technology and Human Behaviors副主编。

我的研究集中于两个方面：青（少）年网络心理与行为和心理韧性。在网络心理与行为方面，我侧重于考察个体在网络上的一系列行为（如以QQ聊天、微信使用为代表的社交网站使用、智能手机使用、网络游戏、网络攻击、网络欺凌）及背后驱动这一系列行为出现的心理和环境因素，并探讨网络使用对用户的社会性发展（如人际关系、社会资本等）、心理健康（如网络成瘾、焦虑、抑郁、幸福感等）、学习成绩的影响。目前，在这一领域我主要与美国杨百翰（Brigham Young University）大学管理学院的James Gaskin教授、密歇根州立大学（Michigan State University）的Linda Jackson教授、英国伦敦经济与政治科学学院 (London School of Economics and Political Science)的Daniel Kardefelt-Winther博士开展合作研究。

我的第二个研究兴趣为弱势青少年群体心理韧性，这一方面的研究主要始于2013年我在密歇根大学公共卫生学院访学期间的研究课题。旨在通过发现影响个体发展的积极因素（如自尊、自我效能、应对方式、父母支持、同伴支持等），来减少和防止心理和行为问题的发生。我的研究群体主要集中于流动儿童和留守儿童，同时也参与了美国Flint青少年（FAS Project）的研究。在这一领域，我主要与密歇根大学（University of Michigan）公共卫生学院的Allison Brenner博士、Justin Heinze教授、Ritesh Mistry教授、Hsing-Fang Hsieh博士、Marc Zimmerman教授、以及德国马堡菲利普斯大学（Philipps-Universit?t Marburg）的Detlef Rost教授开展合作。

我的研究领域侧重心理学在实际生活中的应用，旨在为社会现实问题提供更具有针对性的对策研究。我也很乐意同交叉学科的学者开展合作，尤其是传媒学、医学、信息工程方面的专家学者。
