个人简介: 研究生导师,重庆大学工学博士。先后主持市教委科技项目、市科委前沿与应用基础项目、国家自然科学青年基金项目等多个科研项目,同时主研了国家863计划、重庆市重大科技攻关及华为前沿等10余项重要科研项目。此外,发表先后在领域内国际顶级期刊和会议上发表学术论文20余篇(其中,TCAD、TC、TPDS等CCF A类 5篇,JSA、DATE等CCF B类 5篇),并申请国家发明专利10余项(已授权5项),申请国际专利2项(已授权)。一直围绕国家战略及相关产业技术需求,开展大数据处理、智能边缘计算、智能存储系统结构、嵌入式系统及相关前沿技术研究,主要研究方向包括:先进计算与存储技术、嵌入式智能终端、边缘与存内计算等。

项目经历(RESEARCH EXPERIENCE):
- Research on Data Allocation Optimizationsin Software Compiler Level (National 863 Program & NSFC & Chongqing Research Program)
In new storage architecture based on emerging NVM, such as hybrid main memory or SPM, new data allocation optimizations in software compiler level have been proposed to minimize the total cost. (published in JSA, IEEE ACCESS, NVMSA, and applied 2 China patents).
- Research on Memory Systems Optimizations in Operating System Level (National 863 Program & NSFC & Chongqing Research Program)
Proposed a morphable resistive memory systems for mobile virtualization, and designed corresponding optimizing strategies to improve the system performance. (published in TCAD, ASP-DAC, and applied an USA patent, an European patent).
Collaborated with team members to complete the optimization techniques on Checkpointing, memory swapping, memory fragmentation management, distributed file system and so on. (published in TC, TPDS, TCAD, FGCS, EMSOFT, DATE, and applied 3 China patents).
- Research on Wear-leveling for NVM-based Embedded Systems (National 863 Program & NSFC & Chongqing Research Program)
Proposed a space allocation and reuse strategy for NVM-based embedded systems to enhance the lifetime of NVM with a limited space and time overhead. (published in JSA,RTCSA, and applied 1 China patent).
Collaborated with team members to complete the wear-leveling optimizations on memory swapping, address translation table for NVRAM-based swapping memory or TLC/SLC hybrid Flash. (published in TPDS, Microprocessors and Microsystems, Date, HPCC).
- Research on Data Analysis and Machine Learning Model (Chongqing Research Program & China T- elecom)
Proposed an adaptive sliding window algorithm for mining frequent itemsets in massive streaming data, a customer churn prediction model based on Lasso+RBF. (published in Trust-Com, CPSCOM, Physic A, and applied a China patent).
