个人简介
陈国俊教授,重庆市神经精神疾病重点实验室主任。重庆市********、巴渝********和学术技术带头人。分别在重庆医科大学和上海医科大学获得神经病学硕士和博士学位;并在中山医科大学附一院神经科完成博士后训练。先后在扬州市第二人民医院神经科、重庆医科大学附属第一医院神经科和中山医科大学一院神经科工作。现专职从事基础研究已达20余年。赴美国研修10年并于2011年回国。
主要方向是阿尔茨海默病。研究兴趣包括:(1)利用化学生物学原理,在高通量扫描的基础上,开展小分子化合物的作用靶点、机制和动物疗效研究。(2)RNA致病机制,包括探索RNA结合蛋白的翻译调控及其致病原理。(3)细胞内关键蛋白的转运机制和调控。获得多项NSFC重点和面上项目资助,并获得一项国家发明专利。代表性文章:PNAS, Brain, Aging Cell, J Neurosci., Mol Neurodegen等。
