王志强,男,汉族,中共党员,内蒙古呼伦贝尔人,1980年4月生,副教授、硕导、优秀副教授独立指导博士研究生,放顶煤开采煤炭行业工程研究中心副主任。《煤炭工程》期刊编委、《煤炭科学技术》期刊青年专家学术委员,以及多个学术期刊审稿人,国家自然科学基金函评专家、教育部学位办通讯评议专家。曾先后担任山西霍州煤电晋北汾源煤业公司总工程师助理(挂职)、新疆工程学院采矿系副主任(援疆),先后获得“《煤炭工程》建刊60周年突出贡献个人奖”与“第八批优秀援疆干部人才”等荣誉。
长期从事现代采矿技术、矿山压力与岩层控制等相关研究工作,负责国家自然科学基金项目2项、主持横向课题8项,获得教育部科技进步一等奖1项,煤炭工业科技进步一等、二等、三等奖各1项;出版著作4部;获得授权国家发明专利9项,申请国家发明专利6项;在《煤炭学报》、《岩石力学与工程学报》与《Маркшейдерский вестник》等期刊发表学术论文50余篇。

Once served as Assistant Chief Engineer of Shanxi Huozhou Coal and Electricity Jinbei Fenyuan Coal Industry Co., Ltd. and Deputy Director of Mining Department of Xinjiang Engineering Collegeandawarded the "Outstanding Contribution Individual Award for the 60th Anniversary of "Coal Engineering") and the "Eighth batch of outstanding aid to Xinjiang cadres".
Engaged in modern mining technology, mine pressure and strata control and other related research work.Responsible for 2 projects of the National Natural Science Foundation and 8 horizontal projects.Received one first prize of the Natural Science of the Ministry of Education, and one of the first, second and third prizes for the advancement of science and technology in the coal industry.Published 4 books, obtained 9 national invention patents and applied for 6 national invention patents.Published more than 50 academic papers in journals such asJournal of China Coal Society,Chinese Journal of Rock Mechanics and Engineeringand Маркшейдерский вестник.
