郝宪杰,男,中共党员,现任共伴生能源精准开采北京市重点实验室学术办主任、副教授、硕导,获中国科协“青年人才托举工程”资助计划(2017)、中国矿业大学(北京)“越崎青年****”(2019)、北京高等学校高水平人才交叉培养项目(2018)。中国煤炭学会会员,担任GeoFluid、KSCE Journal of Civil Engineering、International Journal of Coal Science & Technology、Journal of Physics Research and Applications、煤炭学报、中国矿业大学学报等10余个SCI/EI期刊审稿人。主要从事地下工程围岩稳定方面的工作,尤其是灾害发生发展的结构面效应及对应防治措施,在本领域国内外一流学术期刊Rock Mechanics and Rock Engineering、International Journal of Rock Mechanics and Mining Sciences、Engineering Fracture Mechanics、Engineering Geology、Journal of testing and evaluation(ASTM)、Geotechnical and Geological Engineering、煤炭学报、岩石力学与工程学报、中国矿业大学学报、岩土力学等发表论文50余篇,其中SCI/EI检索论文35篇,授权国家专利13项,学术专著1部,参编专著1部,先后获得获中国科协第三届青年人才托举工程、全国煤炭行业教育教学二等成果奖、教育部科技成果、中科院优秀博士毕业生、江苏省优秀硕士论文、校优秀教学成果、校教学质量奖、校优秀班主任等多项省部级奖项。
作为负责人主持国家自然科学基金、北京市自然科学基金、国家重点研发计划“煤矿典型动力灾害风险判识及监控预警技术”子专题、国家重点研发计划“深部岩体力学”子专题、北京市教委项目、北京高等学校高水平人才交叉培养项目、煤炭资源与安全开采国家重点实验室开放基金、煤炭开采水资源保护与利用国家重点实验室开放基金、北京市重点实验室开放基金、国家工程研究中心开放基金、国家重点实验室大学生创新训练项目,教育部重点实验室开放基金、校本科教改项目,参与国家重点研发计划、国家973课题、国家能源局项目、中国工程院重大咨询项目、新工科研究项目、国家自然科学基金重点课题和面上课题等多项,参与了神东特大采高工作面、白鹤滩地下洞群稳定性等国家重大工程课题研究。
研究生培养方向:(1)煤矿突水注浆防控;(2)煤矿地下水库防渗;(3)地铁隧道砂卵石地层风险防控;(4)油气储层可压性评价及产气预测(5)断层冲击地压风险防控。

Short Biosketch of Xianjie Hao
Born in 1987, Shanxi, China, X.J. Hao received his BA, MA and PhD at China University of Mining and Technology and Institute of Rock and Soil Mechanics, Chinese Academy of sciences in 2009, 2012 and 2015. He served as a Lecturer at China University of Mining and Technology (Beijing) since 2015, and the academic director of Beijing Key Laboratory for Precise Mining of Inter-grown Energy and Resources since 2016. Hao received the third Young Elite Scientists Sponsorship Program by the China Association for Science and Technology at 2017. Hao also serves as reviewer of GeoFluid(SCI), KSCE Journal of Civil Engineering(SCI) and Journal of Physics Research and Applications.
Hao has long term experience with surrounding rock stability in underground engineering, especially the joint effects of disaster occurrence. Hao received the second Class Award of Education and Teaching in the National Coal Industry, the outstanding scientific and technological achievements of the Ministry of Education, the outstanding doctoral graduates of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the excellent Master's Thesis of Jiangsu Province, and the outstanding teaching achievements of the school, excellent head teacher and other provincial and ministerial awards.
