研究领域生命分析化学(研究方向:生物微流控、生物质谱)
研究概况以微流控学为基础,发展微纳流体操控的新原理新技术,并将其应用于微纳尺度的输运、组装和生物制造,模拟组织器官的微结构和微环境,结合原位光谱成像分析和质谱联用分析等检测技术,构建生命分析和生物医学研究的新模型,发展微流控生命分析的原理、方法及装置,参与生命科学前沿基础研究,服务于药物研发、临床检测等国家重大需求。研究重点方向包括组织器官芯片、单细胞亚细胞分析芯片及临床组学分析与生物标志物检测的微流控芯片系统研制。主持承担国家自然科学基金项目,国家重大科技专项课题,国家973计划和重点研发计划计划子课题等多项国家科研任务。发表SCI论文150余篇,他引3000余次。以共同作者出版学术著作5部, 获得授权中国发明专利十余项。部分研究成果在合作的制药企业、临床医院得到一定应用,曾共同获得国家科技进步二等奖3项。
