摘要:Perovskites Ba1-xKxBi0.30Pb0.70O3-delta (0.0 <= x <= 0.25) have been synthesized under 660 degrees C. P1 space group can describe well the structure of this solid solution. The valences are +3 and +5 for bismuth, +2 and +4 for lead in these compounds. The T-c(zer)degrees (the highest temperature at which the sample shows zero electrical resistivity) of Ba1-xKxBi0.30Pb0.70O3-delta first increases from 8.2 K for x = 0.02 to 11.4 K for x = 0.15, then decreases about to 10.4 K for x = 0.25.
