简历:
2002年毕业于中南大学应用化学专业,2007年获得浙江大学生物化学与分子生物学博士学位。2007年-2014年在美国俄克拉荷马大学环境基因组研究所任研究科学家。2014年5月,就职于中国科学院生态环境研究中心,组建环境微生物宏基因组研究组。 研究工作围绕环境微生物群落生态学开展,通过一系列的分子检测工具和数据分析手段的开发,对全球气候变化下微生物功能类群的演变规律以及微生物地理学分布机制开展了一系列创新性的工作。迄今在各类SCI杂志上(包括Science、Ecology Letters、Nature Climate Change、Nature Communications, PNAS等)已发表研究论文140余篇,其中近五年第一和通讯作者30余篇,总引用6000余次,H-index为41。
