研究概述
Research Description
研究方向: 脑功能和脑疾病的神经环路基础 人类在发育、成熟和衰老的进程中,不断受到各类脑疾病的困扰。课题组以小鼠为动物模型,重点解析自闭症、情感障碍和老年痴呆三类典型脑疾病的生物大分子、突触和神经环路基础。除使用常规手段(例如光遗传学和电生理记录)外,我们还开发新型囊泡分子工具,以刻画神经环路联结,并对神经环路的活动进行实时监测和精细操控。我们希望以此发现新的神经环路,揭示其工作机理,并探索它们在脑疾病干预策略中的应用。
In this laboratory, we are studying two major classes of brain disease: neurodegenerative disorders and neuropsychiatric disorders, using methods including molecular genetics, electrophysiology, live-cell imaging, behavioral analysis, neural stem cell biology, deep sequencing and drug virtual screening.
