简介
顾立平,博士,现任中国科学院国家科学图书馆的科技信息政策中心主任,及中国科学院大学经济管理学院岗位教授。工作职责是国家科技信息政策研究、咨询与服务,研究和教学领域主要集中在信息用户与服务研究。
出版了五部学术专著,包括《前瞻导论:形塑未来与推动政策》、《数字图书馆发展:个性化、开放化、社群化》和《开放获取与信息服务》等;百余篇研究论文,例
如《数据级别计量:概念辨析与实践进展》、《论述知识服务的情感要素:一项中国科学院的实证研究》和《在 Web2.0 时代为图书馆服务创建与使用型人:中国科学院的案例研究》等;主编十本手册,包括《开放获取知识库联盟简介》、《预印本平台简介》和《比菲尔德学术搜索引擎简介》等; 以及每月校对《图书情报工作动态》。所有这些出版品对任何人都是开放获取。
顾立平于 1978 年出生在台北市。在新竹完成大众传播学学士、在德国与奥地利四年完成商业文凭课程和影视艺术硕士、在中国科学院取得图书馆学博士学位、在台湾大学进行科学计量学与专利计量的博士后研究、在香港城市大学担任一名高级副研究员,在飞资得企业集团里作为经理人管理和销售相关解决方案和艾利贝斯的产品。自2012 年作为海外引进人才,到中国科学院文献情报中心服务至今。多次参与国家开放获取政策建议,组织跨部门和跨单位的政策研究,并且承担政策实施活动,例如:中国开放获取周、中国机构知识库学术研讨会、中国合理使用周以及数据馆员培训班等。顾立平的座右铭是:好做事、做好事、做事好。
顾立平的代表著作是《型人导论-网络用户信息行为与差异化服务策略》,该著作花费八年时间写成,并以此书正式提出自己的学术思想。最新的研究成果(2017 年 7 月)是他与学生合作发表的
《开放科学时代的 open-search.org:一项每个人都可以建设他们的知识库并且使用其他知识库的交流平台》国际会议论文。顾立平的教学课程着重实践可操作性、问题解决模式和前瞻导向的思维。
Introduction
Dr. Li-Ping Ku(Alan Ku) is the Head of Science and Technology Information Policy Center(STIP) in the National Science Library of Chinese Academy of Sciences (NSL,CAS) and a position professor of the School of Economics and Management in theUniversity of Chinese Academy of Sciences (UCAS). His responsibility isnational STI policy research, consulting and services and his field of researchand teaching is the information user and service studies.
He haspublished five academic monographs include "On Foresight: Sharing Futurewith Forwarding Policy", "Digital Library Development:Personalization, Openness and Community" and "Open Access andInformation Services" etc., hundreds of research article such as"Data Level Metric: Its Concepts and Progress", "Discussion ofthe emotive element of knowledge service practice: An empirical study at theChinese Academy of Sciences" and "Creating and using Personas forlibrary service in the Web 2.0 era-a case study of the Chinese Academy of Sciences" etc.,ten edited brochures include "Introduction of COAR", "Introductionof arXiv.org" and "Introduction of BASE" etc., and monthlyproofreading the "newsletter of library information services". All ofthose publications is open access to everyone.
Alan Ku wasborn in 1978 in Taipei city. He completed a bachelor of mass communication inHsinchu city,andwas four years in Germany and Austria to achieve the business diploma and themaster of film and television arts, made doctorate in library science at theChinese Academy of Sciences, has a postdoctoral research on scientometrics andpatentometrics at National Taiwan University, was a senior associate researcherin the City University of Hong Kong, and was the manager to promoteFlySheet solution and sale Ex Libris products while he was in the company.Since 2012, he as an excellent talents from overseas services in the NationalScience Library CAS. He participated many times on national open access policyrecommendations, organized cross-departments and cross-organizations policyresearch and has hold a series of policy implementation activities such as theChina Open Access Week, the Chinese Institutional Repository Conference, theChina Fair Use Week and the Data Librarian Workshop. Alan's Motto is " welland do, well doer, well done!".
Alan Ku'srepresentative writing is "On Personas: Internet users informationbehavior and differentiated service strategy", it spends eight years andhe formally introduced his academic thought by this monograph. The newestresearch result (July-2017) is that he and his student publishes aninternational conference paper with title "The open search.org in openscience era: A communication platform for everyone building their repositoriesand using others". Alan Ku's teaching courses focus on practicaloperability, problem-solve model and foresight-oriented thought.
