简  历:1997、2000年在北京大学地质系地层与古生物专业分获学士、硕士学位,2012年在中国科学院古脊椎动物与古人类研究所获得博士学位。2000年开始在中国科学院古脊椎动物与古人类研究所高等室工作,现任研究员及高等室副主任。主持基金委面上项目、青年基金项目各1项,中科院重大方向项目2级课题1项,中国科学院战略性先导科技专项(B项)子课题1项,作为主要参与人参加“973”项目,中国地质调查局地调及中国科学院战略性先导科技专项(A项)等项目。已发表论文40余篇,其中多数为国际SCI论文,第一作者/通讯作者论文20余篇。

研究方向:主要从事古近纪哺乳动物及陆相地层方面的研究。集中对古近纪啮齿类进行研究,在我国诸多地点和层位上首次报道啮齿类化石,对啮齿类中不同门类的起源和演化提出新的认识、进一步证实啮齿类的亚洲起源,同时对不同洲际之间哺乳动物的迁徙和交流提供新的认识和证据。首次建立起早始新世至早渐新世亚洲啮齿类的连续演替序列,该序列很好的反映出生物与环境之间的协同演化。对亚洲特有的啮齿类—梳趾鼠类进行了迄今最为全面的系统发育分析,对该类群的分类提出了新的看法。对中国古近纪地层进行综合研究,在陆相地层的划分对比和年代地层框架的建立方面取得新的成果,进一步提高了中国陆相古近系序列与国际地层表对比的精度。
