简历介绍：
　　戴家银，男，1965年10月生，安徽怀宁人，博士，研究员，博士生导师；中国科学院动物研究所动物生态与保护生物学院重点实验室主任，生态毒理学研究组组长。
　　1999年在南京大学获博士学位，2000-2005年先后在同济大学，美国德克萨斯州立大学和美国康乃尔大学从事博士后研究工作。2010年国家****基金获得者。主要从事分子生态毒理学和生物化学研究。近5年来，作为通讯作者在Aquat Toxicol, Arch Toxicol, Environ Sci & Technol等国际学术刊物上发表SCI文章36篇，26篇发表在相关领域的JCR前15％刊物上，被国际同行引用近200次。
　　已毕业博士研究生11人（均获得博士学位），硕士研究生9人（均获得硕士学位）。其中，五人获“中国科学院优秀毕业生”称号。已毕业博士生中有4人在美国从事博士后研究工作，2人留所从事研究工作。毕业硕士研究生中，1人在美国伊利诺伊大学－香槟分校攻读博士学位。目前在读博士研究生和硕士研究生共10人。15人次获得国家奖学金、中国科学院“地奥奖学金”、“朱李月华”奖学金和保洁优秀研究生奖学金等。
研究领域：
　　本课题组着眼于生态毒理学的国际前沿领域开展工作，研究新型持久性污染物在野生动物体内的分布特征，以及这些污染物对动物的毒性效应及机制，评估新型持久性污染物对野生动物的健康及繁衍的潜在威胁。
　　首次摸清了我国圈养野生动物体内全氟烷酸（PFAAs）的分布特征，揭示PFAAs在野生动物体内具有富集及生物放大效应。另外，在大、小熊猫体内发现十溴二苯乙烷（DBDPE）的累积，该结果改变了“十溴二苯乙烷不能被陆生生物利用”的观点，使科学界开始重新审视其生物可利用性和生物效应。
　　发现全氟烷酸主要抑制脂肪酸和胆固醇的合成和转运。在哺乳动物肝脏，PFAAs主要通过激活过氧化物酶体增殖剂受体（PPARs）及其下游基因的表达发挥毒性作用。
　　发现稀有鮈鲫暴露PFAAs后，雄性个体出现雌雄同体现象，雄鱼肝脏卵黄蛋白酶原mRNA、蛋白，以及雌激素受体表达均升高，提示PFAAs具有潜在的生殖内分泌干扰作用。观察到PFAA能够干扰哺乳动物睾丸类固醇（睾酮和孕酮）的合成，导致血清睾酮水平明显降低。进一步研究揭示了PFAAs生殖内分泌毒性作用的机理－主要通过抑制类固醇激素合成急性调节蛋白(StAR)对胆固醇的转运干扰性激素的合成。
