张永清,博士,研究员,博士生导师

  1991年获北京农业大学(现中国农业大学)博士学位。1992-1993在中国科学院微生物研究所作博士后。1994年在荷兰Wageningen大学作访问****。1995-1997年在英国剑桥大学作博士后。1998-2003年先后在美国尤他大学和Vanderbilt大学作博士后和访问****。先后获得美国FRAXA Research Foundation(2001-2002)和 Vanderbilt大学Kennedy Center for Research on Human Development(2003)的研究奖。2004年入选中国科学院“****”,2005年获国家****科学基金,2012年获批政府特殊津贴专家。科技部973项目首席。担任多个国际主流期刊的审稿人,中国神经科学学会第四、五届理事,神经发育、衰老与再生分会副会长。Journal of Genetics and Genomics副主编,F1000 Genetics and Genomics评论员,遗传杂志主编。

张永清研究员的主要研究方向: 以果蝇、非人灵长类猕猴和家犬为实验体系,通过多学科的研究手段包括基因编辑,脑影像和电生理分析以及行为学分析等致力于研究神经突触的发育和功能调控,以及相关重大神经疾病特别是自闭症的分子细胞和神经环路机制。
主要研究内容包括: 
1) 以非人灵长类、家犬和果蝇为模式动物研究人类重要神经疾病包括自闭症的分子遗传和神经环路机制,从而为这类疾病的预防和治疗提供理论依据。传统的模式动物果蝇便于分子遗传和信号通路的解析,而大动物模型研究结果则便于临床转化应用。
2) 以果蝇为材料,用分子、细胞、遗传、发育和神经生物学为主要实验检测手段研究神经系统特别是神经突触的结构和功能调控机制。
