摘要点击次数:1828 全文下载次数:0 中文摘要: 本文介绍了以5-卤代靛红1a～1d为原料, 经氮上烷基化得到1-烷基卤代靛红2a～2t,化合物1a～1d,2a～2t在冰醋酸为溶剂条件下与邻苯二胺反应,以65%～88%的收率,简便地合成了24种6H-吲哚[2,3-b]并喹喔啉衍生物3a～3x。化合物3c, 3d, 3f, 3j, 3l, 3q, 3r, 3s～3x未见文献报道,其结构经红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱(碳谱)和高分辨质谱确认。 英文摘要: 5-Halogenated isatins (1a～1d) as the raw materials were first alkylated at the nitrogen atom to give the corresponding 1-alkyl-5-halogenated isatins (2a～2t). Subsequently, the isatins 1a～1d and 2a～2t were subjected to the condensation reaction with 1,2-diaminobenzene in acetic acid to afford a series of 6H-indolo[2,3-b]quinoxaline derivatives (3a～3x) with yields of 65%～88%.
