1.具有与分子分类学、分子系统学、生物信息学、传粉生物学的专业背景与研究经历，且获得博士学位后不超过五年，年龄不超过35周岁；

2.工作勤奋, 有志于从事上述方向研究工作；

3.有独立工作能力，富有责任心和团队精神；

4.具有独立设计课题、完成课题并用英文撰写研究报告或论文的能力；

5.应聘者在攻读博士学位期间（或近5年内），应以第一作者身份在相关领域至少发表SCI源期刊研究论文2篇，发表或者已成文中文综述1篇；

6、具有统计学、生物信息学、计算机科学学历者优先考虑。
